Rich Shafferman is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for Government Contractors since 1987. Rich has held the positions of Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is an expert in Accounting for Government Contracts, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Compliance Issues, Contracts Administration, FAR Part 31 and Cost Accounting Standards.
